Seattle Seahawk safety Kam Chancellor is looking for a gym to invest in for his fitness boot camp for women and other opportunities that will help the community stay physically fit.

Chancellor stopped by a gym in Redmond, Washington that recently lost its lease when he was confronted by police. Two employees working in the gym got nervous and called the police on Chancellor and his counterparts.

Chancellor was a bit disturbed by the way he was treated by the young ladies, stating that they waved him off “like a fly” when asked for a number to call for information about the gym. As one of the young ladies called the police on him he said, she looked “disgusted.”

The gym was empty but still had two young ladies working there, they did say they were nervous because five men (3 African American, 2 white) were trying to gain access to the building. The owner said the young ladies reacted appropriately and he did attempt to reach out to Chancellor but has not received a response.

Chancellor did say in a tweet that there’s a good chance he won’t be investing the Redmond gym.
