Have you seen the Food Network show Chopped Junior? If so then you may have seen 12-year-old Tavia Isaac win in epic fashion.

The pre-teen was given a basket of unknown ingredients and had to come up with a dish.

She made brown butter Cornish hen with sautéed asparagus and brussel sprouts with blueberry ketchup as her main entrée, grilled minute steak with dragon tongue beans as an appetizer and decostructed cherry tart with banana meringue for dessert!

I wouldn’t be able to make any of that with weeks of preparation!

At such a young age it’s simply mind blowing and her win is an awesome achievement.

So, what is she doing with that huge wad of cash?

She says “I took my family on beach trips this summer to Ocean City, Md., Bethany Beach, Del., and Virginia Beach, Va.,” and that “I also bought new clothes for me and my brother, a new iPhone and some other things I have been wanting.

”
