A 15-year-old biracial girl was riding her bike in Hagerstown, Maryland. She ended up in a small bump with a car, as far as I can tell, no damage was done and no one was hurt.

The police wanted to call her parents, she didn’t want that and just wanted to ride off after the incident was resolved.

However the police pulled her off her bike, pepper sprayed her, man handled her pretty badly and arrested her.

The police released the video to try and show what happened but personally I don’t think it clears a damn thing up.

A passerby even tried to help but the police shouted for him to back off.

She is now being charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
