NFL Star Says Planned Parenthood Was Created To ‘Exterminate Blacks’

Baltimore Ravens tight end Benjamin Watson gave an interview with Turning Point Pregnancy Resource Center covering many topics related to the racial climate in todays America. One thing he brought up was Planned Parenthood and his comments will cause a bit of a stir!

He said that support of the organisation was ironic considering it was started by eugenicist Margaret Sanger with the mind to control unfit populations!

He said:

“I do know that blacks kind of represent a large portion of abortions, and I do know that honestly the whole idea with Planned Parenthood and Sanger in the past was to exterminate blacks, and it’s kind of ironic that it’s working,”

He went onto say:

“We support candidates, and overwhelmingly support the idea of having Planned Parenthood and the like, and yet, that is why she created it,”

“We are buying it hook, line and sinker, like it’s a great thing.”

Watson is actually on a promotional spree for his new book. The book is about racial reconciliation.

He made links between abortion and it being hard to climb the socioeconomic ladder saying:

“We sit here and talk about advancing the black agenda, whatever that means, we talk about our interests, and what’s important to us — like having political power and advancement and all those things — and then we are turning around and killing our children,”
And that people are:

“buying into the lie that it’s our personal decision to make.”

Well, I gotta put a personal note here. It’s easy to speak up as a man and tell women what to do with their body and personally I think Mr Watson is using his Christian beliefs under the veil of racism.

Yes, there are problems with abortions and the beginnings of Planned Parenthood were rotten. BUT we have to address the problems that lead young women to needing abortions, not the abortions themselves.

What do you think?
