This Saturday Gabby Douglas brought down the house and took home a gold medal for her performance. Douglas excelled in just about every competition and won the American cup.

Most of us know the Olympics are only held once every four years. There’s a small number of Americans that have participated in two consecutive Olympic Games and only one woman that has competed conservatively and won gold both times. Douglas is looking forward to being the second woman on that list. Her exceptional performance at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. is good measure of what we can expect to see from her this year.

20 year old Douglas is confident that she will accomplish this goal in Brazil in the summer Olympics. Her trainer knows she is more than capable of achieving this. Her only big competition in Simone Biles, who is also a force to be wrecking with. Douglass has been relentlessly preparing for this moment so I can only imagine Gymnastics will probably be the highlight of the Olympics for me. She has achieved great feats and we are looking to watching her performance this summer.
