FLOTUS went in the studio last night and laid down some bars! Jay Pharaoh, from SNL, and Michelle Obama collaborated to make a song to encourage kids to go to college. They tackled an important subject in a humorous way.

Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher Initiative and Better Make Room campaign were the inspiration behind this music video. In a statement she said, she wanted to make students feel like celebrities and athletes by celebrating them in a major way. The music video definitely put a “fun and fresh” spin the First Lady’s initiative but next time give the First Lady at least 16 bars!
