Firefighter Stays Strong After Fire Destroys Home Days After Racist Threat!

Volunteer firefighter Kenneth Walker is the only black man in Gratwick Hose volunteer group at New York’s North Tonawanda Fire Department.

On Monday night he received an anon racist note saying:

N******S ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE FIREFIGHTERS. NO ONE WANTS YOU IN THIS CITY. YOU HAVE UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK TO RESIGN YOUR POSITION OR YOU WILL REGRET IT……..

Two days later his house burned down in a mysterious fire and his wife told Buffalo News “We believe it was retaliation,” because “The letter said if he didn’t resign from the fire company, he’d regret it.”

Luckily he, his wife and their two young kids were not home when the first happened. However their two cats died and it pretty much destroyed everything they owned.

Walker is staying unbelievable strong and refuses to quit. A GoFundMe account has raised almost $90,000 by Friday morning morning to help the family get back up.

The Feds, FBI, and local police, are investigating the letter and if it’s related to the fire.
