After you read this article and see the video, make this go viral! This principal cares about his students and lets them know it everyday. We are talking about Michael McGrone Sr. who is the new principal at Rich South High School that is located in a suburb in Chicago. Michael believes it is important for the kids to express themselves and have fun while in school. If they are excited to be there and learn, they will have pride in who they are and what they are learning.

By evidence in this video, it is working. In just one semester, he has completely changed the culture of the high school by having dj’s come to the high school and letting the kids “turn up” while in school. However, the one condition is that you turn up on your grades, have great attendance, no fights, and be respectful to one another.

Epic!
