Days before the statute of limitation expires an arrest warrant has been issued for Bill Cosby for aggravated indecent assault of Andrea Constand in 2004. This is the first time Cosby has actually faced criminal charges. This comes shortly after he decided to sue seven of his accusers for defamation.

Once Constand’s attorney determined the statute of limitation had not expired they decided to reopen the case and move forward with charges. They allege Cosby established a relation with Constand and he made two sexual advances toward her that were rejected. On a later date they (Constand and Cosby) were together and he allegedly urged her to take pills and drink wine which she did and alleges he then assaulted her.

Bill Cosby’s attorney has been notified and it is reported that Cosby will be arraigned later today.
