RELEASED, NO THREAT??? Judge Finds “McVeigh” Worshipping Neo-Nazi Found With Bomb Making Equipment Is No Threat, Released While He Awaits Trial!

This is beyond madness, seriously beyond all rationale! I’m quite shocked reading that a man who was found with bomb-making equipment at home (even without all the other evidence) has been allowed stay out of jail while he awaits trial!

A judge has found that there is no evidence he is a threat to the community… I guess that’s despite worshipping a racist murderer, having bomb-making equipment and neo-nazi ties!

What does it take for a white guy to do time?

Devon Arthurs was charged with murdering two roommates and led police to the bodies, that’s when they also found out about explosive charges in the garage that was actually put together by another roommate Brandon Russell.

Russell has been granted bond despite police finding bomb-making equipment, charges, a framed photo of Timothy McVeigh, an admission of neo-nazi sympathizing and the fact that he was out buying more guns and ammo while police were first discovering this mess!

The 21-year-old is a member of Florida National Guard and awaits trial. Judge Thomas McCoun said that there was no clear and convincing evidence that “the defendant represents a threat to any person or community.”

I’m in shock! This is nuts.
