Physical fitness is something everyone understands they need, but don’t really want to put the necessary work to get the results they desire. In the gym and the kitchen, it can be a lot of hard work.

However, hard work is just what Constance Tillit, 80 years young, is looking for in her daily life.

Since her husband’s death, Constance has been on a mission working out in gym and the results speak for themselves. She has already lost 50 pounds in 10 months, despite two knee replacements, two hip replacements and two rotator cuff surgeries.

WOW, talk about a woman on a mission.

She took up Crossfit to keep herself busy, create new goals for herself and continue to milk the sweet nectar of life out of her remaining years. And she is absolutely killing it!

However, she never stops thinking about her dear husband and says that he is her motivation and encouragement.

“Get up and do it,” she says. “Stop with the whining, stop with the ‘oh you have to take care of me.’ Take care of yourself.”
