Vitale posted a video to social media showing NYPD cops appearing to harass and threaten students with a taser.

“What are you going to do about it?

” A cop asked a teen as they walked right behind him, a teen picked up a handful of snow and the cop pulled a taser and said “do you want to ride the lightning?

”

The student gives a mumbled respond and the cop says, “You better walk away!”

The cops may or may not have been there on a call and supposedly the incident is under review, however they certainly did not act professionally and guidelines from the NYPD clearly state taser use on children is not protocol.
