This guy who filmed the video is pissed and absolutely for a good reason. Instead of run his plates like a cop should be doing they pull him over for a second time in one day over an alleged stolen vehicle match. ANNDDD they do so with guns ready, the driver has some harsh words for the cops, he keeps the camera rolling and tells them where to go.
