This video is beyond bizarre and as usual, I am left wondering how this encounter would have gone down had the man been black! He was black-faced (or at very least smeared with black makeup) holding a glass crack pipe and telling police he was allowed to break the law!

He was dodging in and out of traffic and police were called because he was a danger to himself and others. The police seem bemused, even though he wants to fight them and wants assurance they won’t assassinate him!

The police handle it as they should and arrest him calmly…. As most arrests should go down!
