Teves Lee of Your Hair N More Full Service Studio in Long Beach California shared a simple story of an act of kindness towards a homeless woman on her facebook that’s left us praying the woman gets a break.

The woman (who is also fighting a custody battle) walked into the salon and Teves ended up giving her a cut that hopefully will massively help her prospects. Here is what Teve posted on her facebook:

My good deed for the day…. She is a homeless women that came in yesterday for a press and curl…. Now, Y’all know I don’t do them… But something told me to tell her to come back tomorrow and I would, cause I just didn’t have the time yesterday… She did, and she came with a story…… She was sent to me for a reason…. And not to do her hair…. I ended up convincing her to cut it off seeing as how she did not have the means to care for it or even comb it… And that in order to her to efficiently move about th city and accomplish anything she would need to do better about her appearance… She agreed and understood.. To make a long story short while we were talking a job called her an interview for tomorrow!! Everyone keep her in your prayers she also had a custody situation going on…
