Here’s Why Identical “Black” Olmec Statues In Mexico And Ethiopia DOESN’T PROVE A Thing

by | Jun 22, 2017 | A List Categories | 7 comments

I’ve seen a meme going around. It shows a Mexican Olmec statue, broad nosed, full lipped and almond eyed, in place in Mexico. Many of these have been found, many believe they provide proof that African people made it to North America LONG before Columbus, that maybe the original Americans were even West African sailors.

Then the meme shows an extremely similar statue in Ethiopia. WOW! I must admit, for a second that blew my mind, how damn cool is that! PROOF!!!!!! But, wait….

The meme has been shared so many times it can’t be counted, with people commenting that they knew all along and slapping down anyone who questions it as “trolls”, “racists” and “haters”!

And below is the meme:

BUT this is the internet and we need due diligence! RESEARCH EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET! EVEN THE WORDS I AM WRITING NOW…..

It’s true, there is an Olmec statue in Ethiopia, in fact, the two statues in this above image are the same one, well one is a replica to be exact (Just one is squashed in the image)! You can see if you look closer.

So, what happened? Wikipedia says:

To commemorate Mexico’s assistance to Ethiopia during its occupation by Italy; Ethiopia named a center square in Addis Ababa “Mexico Square”. In 2010, the Mexican government donated a replica of an Olmec colossal head to Ethiopia where it was placed in Mexico Square.

NOW before you go hating on me, let’s be clear….. bear with me….

There were no identical Olmec statues found in Ethiopia so we need to stop spreading that fallacy.

Spreading fallacies makes for ignorant people and detracts from the real mysteries and wonder centered around the truth.

We don’t need to spread lies to make things seem amazing because the reality is amazing enough.

NOW, what do we know? We know that some giant heads were found in South and North America. These heads have features that could well be Polynesian, descendants of current native peoples of the Americas BUT absolutely they could be African too. They sure do look it and you can’t pass that off as a distinct possibility.

So what do we have?

Asides from the visual evidence, the Olmecs seem to have religious and linguistic links to West African people. This may have been part of a 100,000-year-old prehistoric trade network, it may have been sooner. There are fair amounts of evidence to show that African people could have made it to the continent and that some native populations still carry some of the bloodlines today!

AND THAT IS AMAZING!

It’s fascinating and a lot is theory but all well worth learning about and keeping up with current research.

This post has some theories that are an interesting read.

So, let’s double check what we share (yes, that goes for me too) and let’s research and use due diligence so we can all grow a stronger truth and base our foundation of knowledge on fact. Speculation should be stated as such!

Agree?

There’s no scientific proof that Olmecs were of modern African descent, as ALL humans in the world are descended from Africa. Basically Olmecs are still living today through various different amerindian tribes, such as the Mixtec people. Olmec people have broader features which in itself doesn’t make them African at all as there’s still various different people in the Americas of Amerindian descend that have these same features. It seems to be a very much African-American thing to want to attach themselves to this pseudo-concept, as a new form of self-hate. Quite sad, as both Amerindian people and African-Americans have been oppressed these last 500 years. As someone of mixed Amerindian and black ancestry, I find it really insulting to both of my lineages, who have beautiful cultures individually and then in recent history together. If we could go back in history, Olmecs people would NOT recognize a cultural alignment to Modern West African people or even Africans, as their homeland is the Americas and they saw themselves as people of Turle Island and all its neighboring people. This idea that West Africans or Egyptians went on voyages to the Americas, has also been pretty much debunked by most scientists. As there’s no scientific evidence of such a thing. Sad indeed. All humans are great in their own way, but there’s not reason to minimize the beauty of Amerindian / Native American people by making them something they werent. Culturally, ethnically and DNA wise Amerindian people and west african people are two very diverse groups of people… Peace!

I think it’s proven when White historians and Archaeologist state that they are African, because, they are usually to busy trying to cover-up BLACK HISTORY!!! Plus, it is obvious that there exist a bloodline relationship and ancestry. There are a few things going forward. The mande script and writing from was discovered on the ancient walls. This is a West African language form. Ancient Maya and Aztec people have Negroid features. Negroid people were spread-ed throughout the world for centuries long before colonial exploration. Just about all of humanity is traced back to Negroid people, not Africans. The land and all black people were once called Kush in Africa or Ethiopia, Nubians, and/or Kemeties. BUT THE TRUMP CARD IS The OLMEC head in the MEXICAN MUSEUM WITH THE BODY OF A LION AND THE HEAD WITH UNDENIABLE NEGROID FEATURES such as AN AFRO LIKE WESLEY SNIPES in the movie, “BLADE”! SEE LINK BELOW!

MUST KNOW THE NEGROID PHENOTYPE IS MORE DIVERSE THAN ANY OTHER ETHNIC TYPE.

    2) Both MAYA and Aztec artifacts have illustrations of Black and dark brown skin people. Early original illustrations of Quetzalcoatl was also painted with black skin, just like OSIRIS in Egypt.

There is scientific consensus that both Maya and Aztec Civilizations sprung up from OLMEC. The Meso-American civilization were stone builders just like the Africans (EgyptIANS) and NUBIANS. Its obvious that there is a world connection with the Pyramid building and wall paintings with-in monuments. It is obvious with the cultures, customs, and traditional attires of these groups that there exist an ancestry connection. African tribes, Meso-American, and Native Americans share the same style townships, rituals, connections with earth, and shamanic practices.

The HOPI is well recognized and accepted as NATIVE AMERICANS!!! However, they trace their entire ancestry back to the DOGONS of West Africa who Trace their history back to The Ancient Priesthood of Egypt. Dogons were Ancient Egyptian Priest and Keepers of the ancient knowledge of the Cosmos.

NEGROIDS HAVE BEEN REDUCE BY MODERATES AS BEING AN INFERIOR GROUP, HOWEVER, SCIENTIST HAVE ADMITTED THAT THE MELON GENE IS DOMINATE. That’s why if any ethnic group on the plant mates with Black, the child is identified as Black! Therefore, how can u be an inferior group if your gene is dominate??? And this idea of inferior has created a world environment of hate and disassociation with NEGROID people, however, the entire human race may have sprung up from potentially, the root race of earths most recent group of humanity.

Black people should learn more of their own amazing history and culture rather than try to appropriate that of other people. – Samoan Man

There’s no one for them to appropriate. They were the originators of everything, Greece and Rome were nothing more than carbon copies of what had already been done thousands of years before they existed.

Read the inscription on the plaque below the left-hand head. It will save you a lot of time from pointless pontificating.
