Martin Luther King Was Killed by the US Government According to 1999 Civil Law Suit

The question is why don’t you know this? Why isn’t this information widely reported? And why don’t the text books we use to teach our children have this information included?

Those are some questions many have once they learn of this information that is clear as day for anyone to find and discover, but it will require some inquiry.

The major news and media outlets have never reported this case for the general public since it happened in 1999.

In December of 1999, the King family brought to task and charged Loyd Jowers, et al with the killing of her husband and the beloved civil rights leader in a civil case that took place in Shelby County, TENN at the thirtieth judicial District at Memphis.

Once the King family’s attorney presented the evidence and claim, it became abundantly clear to the jury that James Earl Ray, who had recanted his confession, did not assassinate Dr. Martin Luther King. In fact, it had been the dealings of Loyd Jowers as well as “others, including governmental agencies” including the FBI, CIA and Military Intelligence Agency, among others.

One juror, David Morphy, said after the trial, ”We all thought it was a cut and dried case with the evidence that Mr. Pepper brought to us, that there were a lot of people involved, everyone from the C.I.A., military involvement, and Jowers was involved.”

”This is a vindication for us,” said Dexter King, the youngest son of Dr. King. He also mentioned he hoped this would lead to a rewriting of the history books, but as we can tell in 2014 it hasn’t. The same cover up and misinformation that was created then is still spread today.
