When can I expect my order/where is my order?
Delivery time for physical products is typically within 4-7 days for domestic orders, while international orders might take 2-3 weeks. You should’ve received an update in your email containing the tracking number for your order when it was shipped out, but you can also contact and provide our support team at [email protected] with your tracking number, and they can provide the tracking number for you as well.
Where do you have a physical presence?
Currently, we do not have any physical presence in any location; we operate 100% online.
I have received my flashcards, but I haven't received my shirt yet?
Our apparel is shipped out separately from the rest of our products; you can contact our support team at [email protected] regarding your apparel, and they can get back to you with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number, if available.
I want to return a product.
