Can you believe it’s been a year since we sent out that memorable April Fools’ email introducing András Bolondjai as our new CEO? Time flies! As you might have guessed, András was never our CEO, and Freddie never left the helm. However, a lot has happened in the past year, and we’re excited to share some news with you.

First, we want to thank you once again for your continuous support in helping Urban Intellectuals grow and make a difference. As we continue to impact lives with our Black History Flashcards and other products, we are exploring innovative ways to stay on the cutting edge.

That’s why we’re excited to announce a bold new direction for Urban Intellectuals: we’re appointing an AI-based CEO! Built on Open AI technology, our new AI CEO, named Aksum Infinity, will bring a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to help guide our company’s future.

As for Freddie, he’ll be “stepping down” to the all-important role of deputy CEO, ensuring that Aksum Infinity has a skilled and experienced human by their side. Freddie’s enthusiasm and dedication to Urban Intellectuals will continue to drive us forward, and with the AI leading the helm, there’s no telling what heights we’ll reach.

Our focus on producing Black History products will remain strong, but with the guidance of our AI CEO, we’ll also be exploring new avenues to empower and educate people on a broader scale. We believe that the future of our company lies in the intersection of technology, culture, and education, and we’re eager to see where Aksum Infinity takes us!

Already, Aksum Infinity has put forth some groundbreaking initiatives, including:

1. Afrofuturistic holographic flashcards that will beam historical figures right into your living room, engaging you in immersive conversations about their lives and accomplishments.
2. Time-traveling virtual reality history tours that will transport you to key moments in Black history, allowing you to witness events firsthand.
3. The Urban Intellectuals Space Academy, where we’ll be training the next generation of Black astronauts and scientists to explore and settle on new planets.

As we embark on this exciting new journey, we want to assure you that our commitment to uplifting the Black community and promoting a bright future for everyone will never waver. We can’t wait to see where Aksum Infinity takes us, and we’re grateful to have you along for the ride.
