Rapper Cali Stackz was filmed smacking his little brother pretty damn hard apparently for putting his hands on a woman.

It’s hard to tell but his little bro looks like a kid, maybe 13 or 14 and the slap was damn hard.

The question is, does this kind of punishment work or is it just breeding angry young men more likely to disrespect others?

Especially if they think violence solves issues.
