No Action Taken After High School Students Created a “N*gger Kill List” (Video)

This fall students at Monta Vista High School located in Cupertino, California posted a “n*gger kill list” to social media naming 6 to 7 African American students that would be killed at the school. Some Vista High students also made a post about lynching n*ggers to which the students went unpunished.

“You’re talking about killing people in school. Killing people — you understand,” said Walter Wilson of the African-American Community Service Agency.

One student named on the “n*gger kill list” transferred to another school due to the threat and is now suing the Fremont Union High School District for neglecting to discipline the student making threats. “They gave a specific and credible threat that they would riddle her with bullets, and they talked about how many bullets it would take,” said her attorney Richard Richardson.

School administrators say after investigating the incident they took “appropriate disciplinary action.” The sheriff said the handed the case over to the district attorney for criminal prosecution and the DA is currently reviewing the case. But this happened in September of last year and now that a law suit has been filed the district and sheriff are claiming they took action.

This is another example as to why Black Lives Matter exists, not that many black people need an explanation. Non-black students threaten the lives of black students and suffer no consequences for their actions.
