Jordan’s family spoke out on Thursday for the first time after his death with his stepbrother, 16-year-old Vidal Allen,  whom was sitting next to him in the car when he was killed told CBS News’ Omar Villanfranca that after they pulled over to get Jordan help with the wound the same officers who had fired confronted and detained them. One of the officers handcuffed him and called him N**ger.

His stepbrother was shot and he believed the same fate awaited him.
