An idea that has serious potential in this current political climate looks like it’s coming together as Deadline is reporting that Black-ish is getting a spinoff that seems to have taken it’s idea directly from the Cosby Show spinoff, A Different World!

The spinoff would follow the Johnsons’ oldest daughter Zoey as she is headed to college. It’s too early to know exactly how influenced by A Different World it would be yet but it has the potential to be absolutely amazing!

A pilot is expected later this spring!
