An Uber driver captured an argument between him and a passenger and during the 8 minutes of footage it seems as if the passenger is threatening to lay false rape claims on his.

In the video the driver is being told to call the cops by the passenger. The driver asks her to get out of the car, he says “I’m not moving. We’re gonna sit here. You’re still getting charged.”

He says the woman is “disrespecting” him and asks what her problem is!

She then claims he hit her, he says she actually threatened and hit him…. Then it gets worse and she bursts out

“I’m gonna start screaming out the window that you’re raping me, that you raped me,”

She also says he should “go back to your country” and that Trump will “send you and your family back.”
