Police arrested 20-year-old Arthur Palombo on Thursday after his story BS story about being shot by a black man came to light, in fact he had shot himself in the stomach!

Palombo had told investigators that he went to the park to show an old revolver to a potential buyer.

He said the buyer argued over the $100 price tag and shot him as they haggled!

He descried the man as a black man with a bald head.

The police found the revolver in the park and questioned him again on his release from hospital where he finally admitted that the gun had gone off in his pocket!

He was charged with weapons possession and filing a false report and ordered $10,000 bail during his arraignment.
