Michelle Obama Thanks Chance The Rapper For Donating $1million To Chicago Schools

After Chance The Rapper met with Illinois governor Bruce Rauner he felt that things didn’t go so well.

He was there to talk about the school system and didn’t get clear answers.

So, Chance, a Chicago native and a self made man, held a press conference where be publicly called out the governer and outlined his plans for a donation of $1million to support Chicago Public Schools.

By doing this he has put his cards on the table, opened up a serious issue to the nation and is holding others accountable. An admirable move.

And it seems he is gaining support and praise from extremely high places.

If fact, the former first lady has openly supported Chance. She tweeted
