Racial tensions are on the rise and now a Pennsylvania restaurant owner has been accused of suggesting Donald Trump’s election gives him the right to refuse to serve black customers.

Rickey Lee Bugg Jr., a player on the Lebanon Valley College men’s basketball team, was eating at Just Wing It in Annville when the owner approached him and his friends and told them to leave. It was 1:30 a.m. so he and his friends were the only customers in the restaurant.

After telling them to leave he became belligerent and said, “I own three restaurants and I don’t need you n*ggers’ money.”

Bugg asked a waitress for their money back, once they received their money the owner continued with his racist antics. “Trump’s president now so I can say what I want,” the owner said, according to Bugg. “You n*ggers need to get out.”

When police arrived they confirmed that the owner is known for his racist antics. The police are investigating the incident.
