WTF? School Admins Calls All Black Students the N Word on District Issued Cell Phones

How in the world are our children to get a quality education in this country when the school administrators and their officials have no respect for our children. In another effort for us to get the point that we must do for self, two school administrators from Pennsylvania calls all the black students and teachers the N-Word on phones issued by the school district.

These morons didn’t even have the common sense to realize their messages could be retrieved and seen by others in the administration or just didn’t think they would get in trouble for showing their blatant bigotry and hate for people of African descent.

school officials use n word school officials use n word2The offenders are the District Superintendent Richard Como and Director of Athletics and Activities Jim Donato from the Coatesville, Penn school district. Both of them are white males, who now are up against criminal investigations for their disrespect of the Blacks in the district and use of racial language when referring them in a conversation with one another.

Here is where we ALL SHOULD BE OFFENDED!

The dumb duo resigned from their positions at the end of August, but they were not forced out immediately for their actions and prejudice ways. They were not forced to resign by the school district officials until someone with courage and integrity decided to leak the text messages to the district attorney. The district attorney launched a criminal investigation and this lead to the resignation of the two offenders.

This is what institutional racism looks like, good people. When you have a system that is willing to cover up acts like this in the school district. Just imagine how disproportionate the resources, books, funds and effort is being distributed to the children.

This is what pisses me off moreso than two freaking bigots showing their true colors. There is a system in place that not only encourages our children receiving less, but supports it by being willing to cover it up and not punishing or putting an end to the offenders. And many of you think we can just pull the pants up of our youth and have some “self respect”, as I heard it stated before, and everyone will start to “respect us” and treat us better. YOU BETTER WAKE THE HELL UP!

From the Daily Mail: The school board was prepared to let both men stay in their jobs, even after an IT technician found the text messages and reported them to school officials.

According to a transcript obtained by the Daily Local, the racist exchanges began in June.

In one, Donato sent a message to Como that appears to say all black students should have the same last name.

He wrote: ‘All should just have whatever first names they want…then last name is N*****!

‘Leroy N*****, Preacher N*****, Night train n*****, clarence n*****, Latoya n*****, Thelma n***** and so on.’

The superintendent, who has led the district since 2005 and drew a salary of nearly $200,000 last year, responded: ‘Great idea! Joe n***** bill n***** snake n***** got a nice ring to it.’

He added: ‘Could have whole homerooms of n*****!’

The Donato, the athletics director, replied: ‘Hahahahaha! Will N***** report to the office, pardon the interruption but will n***** report to nurses office. N***** to lunch now!’

Later, when the superintendent Como was talking about 23 teachers he had to lay off, Donato asked: ‘How many n****** out of 23? Not enough!”

Como replied: ‘Don’t know but think it’s only 4-5. At most until last minute rush of firing by Goo of Phoenix and Kamara.’

‘Good hangings there,’ Donato responded.

My Question To You:

Know that you know this information and how we are being treated here in Penn and around the country, what are you going to do about it, black community?
