I will be the first to say that I had no idea that universities in Europe did not teach ANYTHING about Black Studies. WOW! I mean this is 2016 and Birmingham City University is the first university to offer such a program! You would think that black people never existed in Europe.

The truth is that the Moors were there before anyone. Just like the United States, Europe had plantations and enslaved our ancestors. What I like about the Black Studies program they are offering is that it is going into the truth about Europe and how they exploited black people.

Young black people need to know their history in order to deal with white supremacy. Some of our children has no idea it even exist.
