Picture this – After arriving at your holiday destination you proceed to the nearest Bed & Breakfast to make a reservation.

However, though the place is almost empty, you are politely turned away. Not because you can afford it, or are dirty, or are in the list of the “Most Wanted Criminals” but simply because you are a “Black” person.

Well, this isn’t a scene from a racial movie that discriminated black people but something that is happening even today.

Many people will have experienced this even while attempting to book a reservation over the internet via vacation booking websites.

And to counter this injustice, two black entrepreneurs decided to start a black owned vacation service that cares less about skin color or race.

According to a recent study by the Harvard Business School, African-Americans are less-likely to be accepted by Airbnb compared to white people.

Established a few years ago, Airbnb has taken the world of online vacation booking by storm. However, it has been bombarded by negative comments and reviews that indicate it encourages discrimination, inequality and racism.

This is evidenced by comments on platforms such as Twitter, Yahoo, Slate, Buzzfeed and many others.

Noirbnb.com and Inclusive .com are the latest entrants in the online vacation booking sites. The black-owned websites are seen as the solution to the discrimination especially against the black community in Bed & Breakfasts, Hotels, Restaurants and other accommodation facilities.

The two websites seek to offer African Americans the same or even better privileges just like other races.

Visit www.noirbnb.com and www.innclusive.com to learn more or even make a reservation on this Black Owned Vacation booking sites that countering discrimination headfirst.
