#BringBackOurGirls: First Missing Chibok Girl has Been Found

by | May 18, 2016 | Blog | 0 comments

A lot of us remember the “Bring Back Our Girls” movement that was started when Boko Haram kidnapped over 250 Nigerian school girls in 2014. Well according to a Bring Back Our Girls activist from Nigeria, one has been reunited with her family.

It has suspected for quite some time that the girls were being held in the northeast part of the country near the Sambisa Forest, which is where the young lady was found. Hopefully this new piece to the puzzle will spark the country’s interest in searching for the rest of the girls. This is a great break in this mystery that has plagued these families for 2 years now. We hope this will lead to 275 more girls being reunite with their parents.
