What do you do when your parents can’t afford you to buy the toys you want?
Well, if you are 12-year-old Jasuel Rivera you build them yourself from things you find laying around!
After the Dominican boy’s grandmother thought her grandson was just collecting cardboard scraps she was surprised to find out he had been making amazing creations.
Jasuel had been reading up on the internet and in books, using things like cardboard and syringes, paired with Blaise Pascal’s law on fluid mechanics, to make his hydraulic powered creations.
This is amazing!
Jasuel said:
“I didn’t have money to buy one, but I saw one like this on the Internet, so I made my own … I liked it, so I kept on doing it.”
