Retired NBA Star Cliff Robinson To Open A Marijuana Business

It is now confirmed that former NBA star, Cliff Robinson, popularly known as Cliffy, is going to open a Marijuana Business in Oregon. Cliffy Robinson believes that Marijuana helps individuals to overcome stigma and soothes pain in athletes. Robinson has been in the spotlight for violating NBA drug rules a number of times.

Robinson will address the Cannabis Collaborative Conference this month in support of his business that will operate under the name Uncle Cliffy.

Although Marijuana remains illegal in most states, it is allowed in Alaska, Colorado, Washington and Oregon. Robinson hails from Oregon. In Oregon, adults can freely manufacture and sell drugs. The marijuana business will culminate Robinson’s 18 year career as an NBA star that show him achieve an average of 14.2 stars, 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 blocks and 1.03 steals per game.

Many in the black community are glad to see entrepreneurs like Robinson entering the legal marijuana business. For decades, the prison industrial complex has eaten up many of the young black youth for selling illegal marijuana in their communities. The lack of economic opportunity and poor educational systems help spur the illegal drug trade.

However, with entrepreneurs like Robinson entering legally, then perhaps more will venture into this industry that is sure to make it’s share of millionaires and billionaires as the country allows marijuana and more people spark up a phatty.
