3 Ways The 300MenMarch Are Training Our Black Boys To Be Better Black Men

by | Dec 9, 2015 | Positivity | 0 comments

In the black community we continuously hear about murder, gangbanging, drugs, prostitution, and more murder. We hear about it so much that it has become the norm. In fact, some of us have become numb to it and don’t have any emotion about it. However, throughout all periods of time, there have been those who stand up to this type of foolishness and does something about it. Today we discuss how the 300 Youth COR is changing our community for the better.

1) They are holding our black boys accountable.

In our community, it seems that our children are doing whatever the hell they want to do. Parents are now their children friends instead of being real parents. I’m not sure if this is due to the age in which we are having children or not, but real parenting (the way Big Momma) use to do it is not the norm anymore. The 300 Youth COR is bringing that style back. Checkout the video below of how they are making young men accountable.

These guys are held accountable for everything. We are preparing them for life.

2) Fitness and Self-Defense

Why are murders happening almost everyday in our community? Because of bunch of scared PUNKS are scared to fight and lose (take an a**-whipping). Therefore, they would rather pick up a gun and kill someone and brag about it on social media. That is not happening on the 300 watch. They are teaching our black boys self-defense which is a part of true manhood.

3) COR Leadership Concepts

The 300 addresses personal accountability, goal setting, emotional intelligence, personal sacrifice, task management, problem solving, collective responsibility, work ethic, relationship management, and willpower.

I salute the 300, our black boys need them.
