You can say what you want about Marshawn Lynch, he loves the city and people of Oakland. There is no doubt about it as he represents Oakland on a national level, his words, every chance he gets.

Although you might not hear Lynch say much to the corporate owned media, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have something to say. He opts to pick the venues where he allows his emotions and love of the people out to an audience.

In a video obtained and released Friday by TMZ Sports, Lynch is speaking raw and uncut to his hometown crowd at a hip hop show in Oakland, California. The video was filmed last year at the event

“I remember you motherfuckers, but I need to remember you motherfuckers, you understand me?” he asked the crowd. “You know what I’m talking about? I’ve been losing too many of y’all.”

“[I’m] representing where I’m from on the national motherfucking stage to be able to give ya’ll something to represent,” Lynch continued. “But I need y’all motherfuckershere for me to represent.”

There is zero doubt Marshawn Lynch loves the people and city of Oakland. His charitable acts have been well documented. He puts in the work with his foundation, “Family First.” The aim of the foundation is to help the Oakland community as much as possible and build a community center as well.

He loves the city and the people. He just chooses when to show it on his terms.
