There is an exciting new documentary coming out soon by Gravity films called “Ground Zero” that has the conscious community buzzing. Unfortunately, I cannot find a lot of information on the details of the documentary, but a snippet they’ve released has people talking.

The clip below features Dr. Umar Johnson, the popular, outspoken activist and change agent. You are probably familar with him from his segments in the Hidden Color documentary series where he tears into various parts of racism and our history on this planet.

In this snippet from the “Ground Zero” documentary, Dr. Johnson takes on the black church and attempts to show us exactly how and why our church tithes, or Jesus Money as he puts it, helps the white community run grandma and the entire community out into the street.

The claim is centered around the fact that every black church has their money, your tithes, stored in white banks. The same white banks that are using the legal 10 to 1 lending power granted by them to fund the white developers, entrepreneurs and businesses to buy up the land in the black community, drive up rent, prices and move you out of your own community.
