1st Black Judge in Waller County, Texas Explains Why Sheriff Is Responsible For Sandra Bland’s Death

Former Waller County, TX judge, Dewayne Charleston sheds light on why regardless of how Sandra Bland died and the Sheriff is responsible for her death. He makes great sense of this matter and continues to expound some important facts about the Sheriff and Waller County.

He goes on to speak about Sheriff Glenn Smith’s record before he got elected Sheriff. There were many cases of racism with his mistreatment of black people. This includes one incident where blacks were strip searched in public by the future Sheriff and other officers where they made jokes and laughed about it.
